You can cancel your Swipey AI Premium subscription anytime from your Subscription settings — it takes under a minute, and you keep Premium until the end of your paid period.

Refund requests on Swipey AI are handled by our support team on a case-by-case basis. There is no automatic refund button in the app — reach out to support with your account email and the details of the charge, and the team will review your situation.

Yes — your chats are private, and any Custom AI you create is visible only to you. Custom AI characters have no public profile, they never appear in the Explorer feed or search, and the memories your companion builds stay inside your own chat.

How does Swipey AI check my age?
Swipey AI is for adults only. Everyone confirms they are 18 or older before entering. Users in the United Kingdom also pass an age check with our verification partner, Ondato, before they can see adult content.

How do I delete my Swipey AI account and data?
You can delete your Swipey AI account at any time with the Delete Profile button under your profile → Settings → Profile tab (swipey.ai/profile?tab=settings). Press Delete Profile and confirm — your profile, chats, companions, and personal data are removed.
